By accessing or using the WeCare platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you should not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Description of Service

WeCare provides a unified operating system for childcare providers, including attendance tracking, GPS-verified check-ins, automated invoicing, and parent communication tools. We provide these services 'as is' and may modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. WeCare cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Child Safety & Data Protocol

As a platform dealing with childcare, we maintain strict safety protocols. You agree to provide accurate information regarding children and guardians. Our GPS tracking and geofencing tools are intended for safety and operational efficiency and must be used in accordance with local regulations.

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, WeCare will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
