How WeCare handles information for centers, families, and children—plain language, no surprises.
We collect information you provide directly to us (name, email, center details) and information regarding children (attendance logs, guardian contacts). We also collect automated usage data to improve our services and GPS coordinates for geofencing purposes.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including check-in notifications for parents, real-time safety alerts, and automated financial invoicing.
We do not sell your personal data. We share information with third-party service providers (like payment processors) only as necessary to provide the services. We may disclose information if required by law.
We take data security seriously. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your information and the information of the children and families using the platform.
Given the sensitive nature of child data, we implement extra-secure storage and access controls. Guardians must provide explicit consent for the use of tracking and reporting features.
